WEDNESDAY FLOW to RESTORE – OnDemand

Each week on Wednesday afternoon a flow and restore sequence will be sent to you to keep and practice in your own time. (This class is not LIVE, a new, pre-recorded video link will be sent to you and accessed through our online OnDemand yoga hub – new video class for every session.)
This is a beautiful combination of traditional yoga poses, flow and relaxation. Drop into presence, open, stretch and nourish your body. The class includes a warm up, 20 mins of challenging flow and then time to restore.
