Sam has been with &Sister from the very beginning, first attending retreats (our very first retreat in 2014!), then assisting on retreats and now she is a qualified Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Crystal Bowl Sound therapist and wellness advocate through her platform BowersBoost.
Join us for a holistic and healing morning, the wedding marquee will be decorated as our studio for the morning.
