According to the Sleep Foundation, man is the only mammal that willingly delays sleep… that serves us well in many scenarios is anyone else familiar with that feeling of being tired but refusing to go to bed… recently for me it’s been ‘just one more episode of the Crown’. (Oh the pros & cons on Netflix!)
I have struggled to consistently get a full night’s sleep since my mid-twenties with long stressful hours as a trainee lawyer (not to mention playing hard on the weekends) disrupting my sleep patterns.

Then. Motherhood. Boom.

5.  SWITCH ON DOWNTIME
