Alicia and Charlie speak to Neom Organics about travel tips

We love Neom Organics. Their de-stress and sleep products are just awesome, and over the years they’ve supported &Sister by gifting their beautiful sleeping & de-stress products. Our retreat guests love them too!

Neom Organics is founded by Nicola, ex editor of fashion magazine Glamour. Nicola realised that feeling tired and constantly stressed meant she had to make some changes to her life, so career change came about, and she trained as a nutritionist and aromatherapist. Next up came Neom Organics, creating deliciously smelling scents to help you de-stress, sleep and re-energise.

Did you know that scents release happy hormones? As you inhale each essential oil blend, the scent travels to the hypothalmus. A gland in your brain responsible for releasing the hormones which control your basic instincts and emotions. At the hypothalmus, your body is most attracted to the essential oil blend that it needs – revealing whether you need to focus on sleep, stress relief, energy or happiness at that moment. Fascinating.

All their products have true therapeutic benefits to relieve stress, calm and relax, aid sleep, boost your energy or lift your mood. Also, 100% natural fragrances for the mind & body, made in Britain from ethically sourced, sustainable origins, only natural & organic ingredients, no petrochemical paraffin or mineral wax, no artificial perfume only pure essential oils and no harsh preservatives. You can see why we like them!!

So we were thrilled when they asked &Sister founder Alicia and one of our teacher’s, yogini Charlie Morgan for their travel tips and how to travel without the stress and tiredness. We all travel, whether its a commute to work on the underground, abroad for a work meeting or finally the holiday you’ve been waiting for and saving up to. If you have young children, then even a long car journey can leave you inhaling the oils continually to stay calm! Either way, its good to remain calm and collected when on the move!
