Financial protection also means that if &Sister has to cease business, your money is protected and you will be refunded any unredeemed credits/ monies spent. &Sister is responsible for ensuring you experience the class/ event you paid for.
Please note &Sister T&Cs apply. Therefore, cancellation by clients due to non-covid events before the class commences will result in the loss of 100% of any payments (unless your space is filled by someone else) or agreed to be redeemed as credit by &Sister. Each attendee cancellation is looked at on a case by case basis, and where possible a credit/ refund will be considered.
