This winter we are focusing on a new Zoom Winter Wellness Course. Keeping you connected and cosy though the darker, chilly months ahead. We hope to bring light, movement and clarity to your winter weeks with Alicia’s weekly Tuesday Sessions, 7.15pm – 8.15pm. (Drop-ins available upon request at a later date).
The course will focus on movement & stretching through our ELEVATE concept. Each week will take a new theme from the acronym ELEVATE, incorporating traditional yoga, meditation and philosophy intended to ‘Elevate‘ your life.
Sessions will be delivered through Vinyasa Flow & Mindful Meditation with optional weekly check ins and time after class to connect with like minded yogis over a cup of tea or chai.
