FREE Blenheim Palace Weekly Yoga Sessions
&Sister’s founder, Alicia Roscoe, has teamed up with Bleinheim Palace, Oxfordshire, to bring to you weekly Yoga sessions throughout the winter. The group zoom yoga sessions are designed to inspire, recharge and energise Blenheim employees and the local Woodstock, Oxfordshire community. There will be a breath led warm-up, yoga poses + flow and mindfulness to steady and calm us through the Festive season.
Sessions are 45 minutes.
As YOU are part of the &Sister community and family we’d like to extend the special invite to you. Join us on the mat for some connection and yoga. The sessions will be FREE, supported by Blenheim Palace, and happen every THURSDAY at 8am / 6pm (alternate times each week!).
